Gift Bags

This week is church girl's camp & this is a little something I put together to hold all the girls' welcome gifts.

I bought white gift bags from the Dollartree. They were 2 for $1.

Then I used my Cricut to cut out 5.75" scalloped circles in patterned cardstock & each girl's first initial in a coordinating cardstock.

To attach them to the bag, I used my trusty Xyron (sticker maker).
I only wish I had time to ink the edges of the paper before I made them into stickers. The edges were really hard to ink after they were attached to the bag. That's what I get for being so last minute :)

I used lots of different little stickers to spell their names so we would know which bag belonged to which girl.

Lastly, I created little gift tags that said "Welcome" and attached them to the bag in coordinating ribbon.

This year I got to work with a super awesome camp director and she had so many great items to include inside each bag:
  • Camp T-shirt
  • Plain mug to decorate
  • Plain white bandanna to decorate
  • A pretty pencil
  • Pop ring
  • Plastic ring
  • Camp song book
  • Mini plastic tiara
  • Small purse for secret sister gifts
