Pigs in a Blanket

I know this is not a new recipe to anyone, but it's become my favorite lately. It's easy, yummy & my kids ACTUALLY like it. Well, two of the 3 at least :)

These are all the ingredients you need to make this meal!
Crescent rolls & hot dogs.
I did buy 2 different types of hot dogs because my hubby gets tired of the Hebrew Nationals.

Simply take the crescent rolls, unroll them and cut them into 8 small rectangles.
I can get 16 from one tube of crescent rolls.

Cut hot dogs in half. Roll dough piece around hot dog and cook.

 You're done! Eat!
*tip: I cook the hot dogs in the oven (about 400 degrees) before I roll them in the dough because we like them really cooked. I just do this step while I'm cutting up the dough.

  3. I used to make these all the time. Then, the other day we made them and my younger kids liked them and were surprised we hadn't had them before. They wondered why we hadn't had them before. Poor deprived younger kids.
